   It's 90% physical and 10% mental. But, it's the mental that controls everything else. You either got your head in the race or you don't. You set your standards higher than anyone else just to repeatedly fail. But, every time you rise from that fall is what makes you an athlete. It's what makes you a swimmer.

   Let me set something straight:
   Cheerleading is a sport
   but it's lame.
   Cheerleaders think they work hard because they do 15 fumpingjacks and 2 laps around the gym.
   Swimmers practice 22 hours or more, in a week.
   Runners run longer
   Dancers move better
   The only thing they do best is ruin a basketball/football game.
   And whoever said cheerleaders make the team better is very mistaken.
